Incentive of Establishment:
  With the aim of establishing one of the greatest and exceptionally unique multi- purpose commercial, official, residential, servicing, sporting, recreational, cultural and touristy complexes in the country, region and the world, World Trade Center is established based on the world modern standards by benefiting from Iranian and foreign scientists, geniuses and famous and outstanding experts and by investment of the private sector for the first time in Iran.

  With the aim of establishing a super-modern and unique complex in Iran, region and the world and also creating a landmark for the country, this great national project is performed after precise climatic, cultural, economic and technical studies by experienced masters, experts and specialists and with the support and assistance of high rank authorities of the country. In the last three years, several scientific and sub-specialty assemblies and meeting have been held and precise and detailed researches have been done by excellent Iranian and foreign consultants and scientists to select a location for constructing world Trade Center for the first time in Iran and finally Shiraz city was picked up to perform the project .

  The selection was made for the cultural, social, economic, strategic situation of Shiraz city as the heart of Iranian trade and culture and its geographical location which is in the vicinity of the Persian Gulf and its neighboring countries and approved by all consultants, masters and specialists. After extensive researches and codified technical studies on comprehensive and detailed plan of Shiraz city to choose the best commercial location in the city for constructing World Trade Center and also with respect to the existence of famous areas and streets in all important cities around the world , which is considered as an element inseparable from the character of every city, Ghasredasht St. has been chosen in Shiraz for being a vital connective and commercial highway of shiraz to perform the national project.

   Furthermore, considering the length of Ghasredasht St. and the in-between blocks of Afifabad Junction and Zargary intersection in this street as the commercial heart of the city, in spite of its high executive and urban costs, it was exclusively selected as the best part of Shiraz city and finally the best and suitable location for constructing the World Trade Center.

  Its worthy of note that collecting thousands of commercial and official units in this huge complex which is considered as one of the most expensive city places and the best location in Shiraz according to municipal classification, it prevents commercial units from linear growth along Ghasrodasht St, it improves the comprehensive and detailed plan of the city.

  This area is also significantly important because of its access to traffic and urban possibilities, highways and important streets; particularly metro stations. In fact, selection of Iran with its exclusive location in the region and the Shiraz city and after that the best commercial area of the city for constructing World Trade Center differentiates this great projects in all aspects and discusses it as one of outstanding famous projects in Iran and the world.

  For this reason, the employer of this project purchased 14 neighboring lots to obtain a single urban block to avoid causing inconvenience for neighbors. Thus he purchased surrounding buildings and lots in the area some of which were newly-built and luxury buildings for the price several times as much and took action to collecting, leveling and preparing the site for constructing the towers of World Trade Center.

  Despite many a executive problems and very high costs imposed on the project more than any other places which was merely because of the selection and approval by Iranian and foreign experienced and efficient specialists and consultants, the certainty of bright and successful horizon and future for the World Trade Center made the employer of the project to establish the World Trade Center between Afifabad junction and Zargary intersection.
